Disciplinary Procedures
Disciplinary procedures are initiated on individual or organizational behavior upon receipt and analysis of an official incident report or valid complaint. The Dean of Students investigates to determine if there is sufficient cause to proceed with disciplinary action. Should sufficient cause be determined, the Dean may conduct an administrative hearing with the concurrence of the student; otherwise, he or she assigns the case to a judicial council or board.
