Appeal Procedures


Faculty & Staff

Online
  1. Log into mystate account using a NetID and NetPassword.
  2. Select the Banner Tab -Personal Information and look for the Citation Information and Appeals page.
  3. Select the citation in which you intend to appeal.
  4. Provide all the requested information and submit the appeal. Once you have correctly filled out the information, you will be notified that the appeal has been submitted successfully.
  5. The faculty/staff appeal board will then make a decision based on the all information
  6. Upon completion of the process, you will be notified of the outcome by mail.

Students

Online
  1. Log into mystate account using a NetID and NetPassword.
  2. Select the Banner Tab - Personal Information and look for the Citation Information and Appeals page.
  3. Select the citation in which you intend to appeal.
  4. Provide all the requested information and submit the appeal. Once you have correctly filled out the information, you will be notified that the appeal has been submitted successfully.
  5. The appeal board will then make a decision based on the all information, and the decision is communicated to the student via e-mail.
  6. A $5 appeal processing fee is charged to each students account if the appeal is denied by the board.
